Telescope Rings & Tube Clamps
The Nighthawk Next Generation comes standard with dual mounting rings. Select this option and your Nighthawk Next Generation will come with the clamshell instead of dual rings. Sold with purchase of telescope above only.
Our cast-aluminum tube rings feature quick-release, hinged clamp knobs and felt lining. Designed for use with Orion mounts, they fit some other brands of mounts as well. One of the two rings in each set has a 1/4"-20 piggyback camera adapter on it, the other has a threaded 1/4"-20 hole. Fits the Observer 70 refractor.

This ring system includes a dovetail base that attaches to one of our hinged telescope mounting rings or any hinged ring that is about 1" wide and has a center hole on top. The two finder rings have a small dovetail rail that slips into the dovetail base for easy removal of the rings and finder. Rings are 2 11/16” I.D. and come with stainless and nylon adjustment screws. Fits F50 finders.

Borg 80mm Plastic Tube Holder.

Finder rings and base for new Stellarvue CNC clamshell. The R50A comes with a quick release dovetail base that mounts to the new Stellarvue CNC clamshells. Rings are 2 11/16” I.D. and come with stainless and nylon adjustment screws.
Finder rings and base mount to Crayford Focusers. The R50M comes with a quick release dovetail base that mounts to standard Crayford focusers that have a 5mm threaded mounting hole. They do not mount to Feather Touch focusers. The R50M also mounts to the side of the R80 and R4 hinged mounting rings. Rings are 2 11/16” I.D. and come with stainless and nylon adjustment screws.
Finderscope rings and quick release dovetail base for the new Stellarvue CNC clamshell.
Dual rings for F50 finders. The R50D has a dovetail stalk that mounts to many imported telescopes using dovetail-mounted finders.
Now you can convert your 50mm finderscope to a spotting scope. This new CNC mounting ring fits over the main tube of our 50mm finderscopes and has a base with a 1/4-20 threaded hole. This allows you to mount your F50 finderscope to any camera tripod for field use.
80mm Plastic Tube Holder + Adapter E.
This includes our dual finderscope rings mounted to a stalk that fits most dovetail shoes found on Chinese focusers (like the ED80) and on the main tube of most import reflectors.
Finder rings and base for Televue clamshells. The R50T comes with a quick release dovetail base . This one mounts to the Televue Clamshells. Rings are 2 11/16” I.D. and come with stainless and nylon adjustment screws.
