AstroZap Focusing Cap for 14

This focus cap from Astrozap does two very important jobs for your telescope. When you want help focusing the image just turn the center wheel to the "Open" position to reveal a trio of off-axis masks, just like a simple Bahtinov mask. Moreover, the Astrozap Focus Cap doesn't stop working once focus is achieved: Rotate the wheel again to place the cap in the "Closed" position, and you can either take dark frames or use it as you would any dust cap.

Made from lightweight aluminum and powder-coated black, this Astrozap Focusing Cap, proudly made in the USA, is both strong and aesthetically. It will be a helpful astronomical accessory for years to come. For installation, three thumbscrews hold the focusing cap firmly in place and no tools or plastic plugs are needed.

The focus cap will fit telescopes with outside diameters from 395mm-405mm. This measurement is normally that of a 14" SCT, but please measure your own telescope before ordering.
