Designed as a heavier-duty option compared to the smaller 1.5" version, the iOptron 2" Tripodprovides solid support for their ZEQ25 and CEM25 equatorial mounts. It is engineered with a stainless steel leg sections, topped with an aluminum mounting plate. A center tray provides a convenient place to hold accessories like eyepieces and filters, and has a 12.5" center bolt that locks the legs in position. This locking bolt, combined with its wide 52" max leg spread and 17-pound weight, adds stability and vibration reduction to the whole support system. To accommodate a wide variety of users and viewing positions, the tripod is adjustable from 30-46-inches.
