This adapter is required to fit the TCF-S focuser to various telescopes. One end has the necessary fittings for the particular telescope and the other has a protruding ring with dovetail groove. The three #8-32 setscrews in the TCF-S body clamp down on this ring. This is the Meade/Celestron mount for 2" rear cell thread. Fits Meade SCT''''s'' and Celstron 8", 9.25" SCT''''s''.
