Was very disapointed with this EP, the entire outside perimeter is all yellow.
It is not defective, I spoke to others and everyone observed the same.
I know the manufacturer wants to boast the extreme wide view, but that entire color soaked area should have been masked out.
Tak 7X50 Finder Bracket
As nice as the Takahashi 7X50 Finder is, the Bracket stinks!
It uses sharp metal screws that dig in and ruin the fine finish on the OTA.
Also, there is no quick release system.
My advice, if you buy the Finder, is to get another brand of Bracket.

Crisp, clean views. Sharp reticle too.
I wish they made better lens caps though.
