The CAA should almost be mandatory for both visual and imaging use. For visual use, the ability to smoothly change the EP position is a very welcomed convenience. I cannont imagine my Tak without this accessory! Will buy one even at twice the price.
Essential for prime focus

The Camera Angle Adjuster works with the CA35 to allow you to rotate the camera body connected with a wide T-mount to adjust the framing of the photographic target. I would give it a 10, but all Tak accessories are a bit pricey. For the price it should include the CA35.

I have used the CAA with my FS-128, FSQ-106 and the Cassegrain focuser which had a CAA included for my CN-212...As with anything Tak the price takes the breath out of you, but once youve had the CAA on your OTA its a sheer pleasure to own!!!

I own the new short version of the FS128, so there is plenty of in-focus. If your tube is the original longer version, be careful this part will work with your in-focus needs. Having said that, I love this part, rotating an entire visual train, binoviewers, barlows, cameras, is sheer pleasure. No more fighting between clamp screws and binoviewer bodies. No more focus adjustments just because you rotate a camera. Superb construction. Top quality.
